In order to provide our clients with the most efficient service, Community Partners of Virginia Inc. will be using a lockbox service effective January 1, 2010 for payment of all association assessments.

The new payment address will be:

Charlotte, NC 28201-1311.

IMPORTANT: ALL PAYMENTS due January 1, 2010 or after must either have a coupon and/or the account number on them.

Assessment coupon books being printed for 2010 payments will have the new address printed on them.

If you use an Online Bill Payment service, please change the address to the one listed above and include your account number effective with your January payment.

If you are unsure of your account number, please email our Accounting Department at kcrowell@communitypartnersva.com, and we will be happy to verify it.

If you are using our automatic debit service from your checking or savings account, this change will not affect your payment.
