Community Partners is a full service homeowner association management company providing comprehensive support to homeowner association boards of directors. Our commitment is to truly partner with our clients and offer a flexible approach that best meets the need of each homeowner association.

Our services include collection of assessments, payment of invoices, and accurate, easy to read monthly reports detailing all transactions. We use one of the best accounting and management systems available and are able to provide useful reports on all financial and homeowner association management functions.

Maintenance work orders and architectural and rules violations letters are summarized in monthly reports providing the status of each work order or violation. All contractors are fully licensed and insured. We develop detailed specifications for all contract work for approval by the Board of Directors and obtain qualified bids for major projects. Community Partners is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for homeowner association management related emergencies.

Our expertise allows us to offer full consulting services including document review and an audit of all board and committee practices to ensure maximum effectiveness. We refer associations to attorneys and other professionals as appropriate to assist in areas requiring specific qualifications.
